Please find below the provisional program of our coming workshop. 
Unfortunately, our tight schedule did not permit to grant all requests for 
presentations.

I would like to attract your special attention to the workshop organized by 
Klaas Kok and Peter Groot, directed through an inventory of the existing 
practical experience in the Netherlands; please take a minute to let them 
know your experience.
